On this Thursday, I would like to leave you with a couple of quick thoughts as we head into the weekend. Well, weekend-ish. My last post for the week, anyway.
This isn’t really a “post post,” but I’ve got a kid sick with a double ear infection AND a double eye infection. Because why half-ass it, right? So she’s been home from school and I’ve been playing My Little Pony and Lego Friends. Shockingly, this does not leave a lot of time for sitting in front of a computer rubbing my forehead (that’s my thinking pose.)
So here are some quickies. First, I’ll leave you with some words from a stop sign near my house.
For real, you guys. Stop it.
And second, my daughter did this connect-the-dots drawing the other day. She asked what it was, and I said, “It looks like a diamond ring.”
And she said, “No, Mom! It’s a unicorn unicycle!”
I totally see it.
Have a weekend filled with ironic stop signs and unicorn unicycles, everyone! See you Tuesday!

A couple weeks ago my toddler had a double ear infection and I had an ear infection and double eye infection – neither of us had My Little Pony of Lego Friends to play with though….jealous!
